National Apprenticeship Week logo

This week (6-10 March) is the 10th National Apprenticeship Week (#NAW2017) and its aim is to bring together employers and apprentices from across England to celebrate the success of apprenticeships.

At Absolute Works we have recently taken on apprentices and this has been of great benefit to us as an employer. The Apprenticeship Scheme has allowed Absolute Works to find the right people for the business and it has allowed other staff members to progress.  A key benefit is that our apprentices have livened up the dynamic of the business and this has had a very positive impact on our motivated and highly qualified team.

Our current apprentice is Jen Lewis Swan, who provides HR Admin Support and also in this picture is Kathleen Hopewell, who started as an apprentice with us and has now been offered a permanent role of Office Administrator & Operational Support. Kathleen and Jen have quickly fitted in with the team at Absolute Works and they have become an intrinsic part to the team, providing excellent operational support to the business.

At Absolute Works we are in the process of becoming a Registered Apprentice Training Provider and we hope to be able to tell you more in the next few weeks.
