Joy is the CEO and Founder of Absolute Works. With a broad range of business experience in some key roles within major companies, Joy has a wealth of knowledge to draw on which benefits both Absolute Works’ team internally as well as our clients. So here is a bit about how Joy came to be where she is today.
Joy is an experienced Board Director who has held Board Director level roles in HR and Retail Operations. A Fellow of the institute of Directors, Joy also has a Master’s degree in Strategic HR and has a wealth of expertise across a variety of sectors including, retail, wholesale and hospitality.
Joy was instrumental in a management buyout followed by a growth and acquisition programme resulting in a successful exit. During her career Joy has worked with Venture Capitalists, Banks, Public and Private Companies and Family owned businesses.
Joy carries out coaching and mentoring with small business owners on strategy as well as supporting small to medium companies with outsourced HR.
She also works with retailers launching new businesses and supports them in their growth, both in the UK and internationally.
Joy recently spoke at a local networking event, ‘WarwickWorks!’ about the latest in the world of business in the Warwick area. The event was very successful with many of the guests asking for Joy to speak at their events.
