2020 is an exciting time for award winning HR Consultancy Absolute Works as they take their business growth to the next level by launching their Franchise.  

Following a period of consistent growth, Absolute Works’ CEO Joy May has made the decision  to utilise the established brand identity and offer HR Experts the opportunity to launch their own, Absolute Works Franchised business. 

The Company was founded in 2011 with the aim of providing HR & Employment Law support and advice to SMEs. They have now grown their offering to provide ALL of the HR admin function, they have their own HR software, training including E-learning, payroll, H&S services and more recently have become an approved apprenticeship provider. They have worked tirelessly to get the systems and resource in place to provide all of these services to an exceptional level with great efficiency.  

Absolute Works provides a range of support and are constantly assessing their client’s needs. Client’s benefit from reduced costs, a wealth of HR experience, no gaps in service owing to holiday or sickness and this service can be more beneficial than employing their own HR professional.  

The Company prides itself on excellent customer service and helping SMEs maximise their profits, letting business owners get on with running their business rather than being bogged down with people issues and paperwork. 

HR outsourcing has grown by 1.4% per annum over the past 5 years and is now a £800m industry. This highlights what an exciting venture this next step is for the Company.
