With over 8 years of HR generalist experience working for a wide range of industries, from small to medium enterprises that specialise in automotive and pharmaceutical manufacturing, to large UK corporations, including learndirect and Wolseley UK.
Shannon is passionate about helping people and working closely with businesses to overcome challenges.
She is CIPD Level 5 qualified, and her expertise is in advising employers and employees on HR Procedure and UK Employment Law and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle .
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys travelling.
