Becca joined the Absolute Works team in March 2024.
Becca brings to Absolute Works, her experience working in an operational and HR capacity across multiple sectors including utilities, infrastructure and manufacturing. Owing to Becca having worked for several large organisations across the Midlands, Becca has a wide breadth of understanding of HR practices and principles including supporting and overseeing recruitment campaigns, drafting employment contracts, probationary reviews, flexible working, training and development, absence & performance management, capability investigations, disciplinary, grievance and appeals.
Becca has many years of experience working alongside management team members to help them understand their options per legislation and the organisation’s policies / procedures in order to establish a route forward to resolve their HR issue, ensuring a full understanding of the risks of any actions taken.
In her spare time, Becca enjoys walking and getting outside!
