Mike has worked within the public sector for 30 years, operating at a senior level with responsibility for 500+ employees and managing significant budgets.

He has been responsible for managing and leading high risk situations and has worked at Parliamentary level, contributing to and shaping Criminal Justice policy.

Mike has extensive experience of recruitment, structured interviewing, mentoring/coaching, talent management, absence management, chairing disciplinary/grievance hearings and performance management.

He is IOSH Health and Safety trained and is experienced in compliance audit management. Mike has delivered management training, within both the public and private sector, and has in depth experience of assessment centres/recruitment procedures.
