Tom has a detailed strategic and operational understanding of the FE and HE curriculum, ranging from pre-entry to Level 7, and has led on curriculum related developments across a range of educational and work-based organisations.
Tom has a proven track record of overseeing Change Management, Quality Assurance, Curriculum Design/planning, the management of a variety of projects, Employer engagement and Apprenticeships.
