Stephen Harris

 Stephen is a results and performance focused people development specialist who has achieved major impact and change in training and business support over a sustained period.

He has supported the incorporation of and invested in many new start businesses including Fireangel Limited in 2001, now one of the largest fire safety companies worldwide and Psytech International in 2002, now the largest psychometric test publisher worldwide.

Originally trained with Rolls Royce, Stephen spent his formative years in business working as a Business Improvement specialist including delivery of the Institute of Quality Membership Courses. 

Stephen’s academic qualifications include a BSc in Organisational Management and Finance with Post Graduate Qualifications in Quality Management. He is a member of The British Psychological Society and a Chartered member of the Institute of Quality Assurance. Stephen is also a Licenciate of the City and Guilds Institute and holds a Cert Ed gained at Oxford.
