Scot joined the Absolute Works team in May 2019 after working for a number of large organisations across the Midlands in both HR and Operations. Scot has extensive experience in customer facing leadership roles and has the ability to prioritise and work under pressure. Scot can quickly adapt to new challenges and grasp complex systems and processes. Scots operational and HR experience covers most sectors including Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Hospitality and Utilities.
Since completing his CIPD level 5 in 2017 and will shortly commence studying for a Degree in Human Resources on a part time basis in his free time.
When Scots not studying for his degree, he spends his time participating in local community theatre and enjoys walking his Jack Russell- Chihuahua cross Bertie.
