Head of HR

Emma (BA (Hons), FCIPD) is an enthusiastic and driven HR Practitioner with an in-depth understanding of the importance of HR in a business context and from a commercial standpoint. Emma has managed a HR team and been part of a Senior Management Team and Global HR Leadership Team with responsibility for all elements of HR and payroll for UK, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Lithuania.

Emma has 20 years’ experience within proactive HR roles acting as both advisor and partner to the management teams. She has extensive hands-on experience in TUPE, policy design, absence & performance management, disciplinary, grievance, appeals, flexible working, organisational design / restructures, employee forums, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, trade unions, and payroll and benefits administration.

Emma has worked in HR for a variety of sectors, with small, medium and large mutlinational companies.

Emma has been part of the Absolute Works team for over 5 years. As our Head of HR, Emma successfully leads a team of HR Advisors and Administrators in delivering a first class service to our clients and developing long term client partnerships.
