Allan has worked within the public sector for over 30 years initially commencing his career as a teacher in Physical Education. He has vast experience in working with young people, supporting and mentoring them during some of the challenges they have faced during their formative years. He has presented various topics to large audiences and is an accomplished speaker.

He has been responsible for the safety and welfare of groups of young people, planning and organising events and carrying out risk assessments both in the UK and overseas.

Allan is IOSH Health and Safety trained and is experienced in compliance audit management and works across a variety of industries.
