Apprenticeship Business Development / Assessor

Sarah started her career in media, working locally as a radio presenter in the West Midlands. She developed her communication skills to a high standard, broadcasting to over 25000 listeners daily. Sarah’s passion for her job saw her support the local colleges’ future stars’ by sharing her industry knowledge and skills with students and supporting their development in the industry.

Sarah moved into Education sector and has over 16 years’ experience, from youth development in the community to educational settings, supporting individuals with complex needs, and developing and leading young people’s skills. Sarah also create a national award-winning internet café and managed the support and employability department of a local training provided supporting educational progress and raised the aspirations of young people.

Sarah moved into apprenticeship as she has a passion in supporting people maximise their potential through learning and development. She is a qualified experienced assessor with a teaching qualification and is lead safe guarding officer.
