Emma (BA (Hons), FCIPD) is an enthusiastic and driven HR Practitioner with an in-depth understanding of the importance of HR in a business context. Emma has managed a HR team and been part of a Senior Management Team and Global HR Leadership Team with responsibility for all elements of HR and payroll for UK, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Lithuania.

With over 14 years’ experience within proactive HR roles acting as both advisor and partner to the management teams. She has extensive hands-on experience on TUPE, policy design, absence management, performance management, disciplinary, grievance, appeals, flexible working, organisational design / restructures, employee forums, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, trade unions, and payroll and benefits administration.

Emma has worked in HR for the following sectors; insurance, manufacturing, services and engineering which were all mid-large size companies.
