Chris Cooper

Strategy and Quality Assurance Consultant Apprenticeships

Chris has a background in Further Education, Training and Development, working with leaders and manager in retailing, banking, insurance, utilities, health, public services and government. His specialist areas include ethos, values, culture, strategy, strategic planning, governance and leadership.

 

He has also worked in a range of educational and commercial organisations on strategic approaches to people development often through apprenticeships and other funding pathways. In these roles he has had a leading quality assurance role and has worked closely with government bodies such as OfSTED, ESFA and their predecessors as well as Awarding Organisations such as the Chartered management Institute, CIPD, ILM, C&G, OCR, Edexcel and the Open College.

 

Internationally Chris is a conference speaker and facilitator contributing to seminars and learning programmes in Africa, Australia, Europe, India, South East Asia, New Zealand, North America and The Caribbean.

 

A Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Chris holds qualifications in Sales, NLP, Learning, Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, Strategy, Leadership and Management.
