In 2014, Absolute Works launched its recruitment arm, Absolute Recruitment Service. Initially this began with assisting existing clients with a complete range of services to support their recruitment needs.

Absolute Works coach, mentor and nurture owners, managers and directors, providing them with the support that they need to support them through the most challenging of business issues, and guide them through a strategic decision making process.

Our support also extends to offering support on issues such as strategic change and growth and development within businesses. CEO of Absolute Works Joy May is an experienced Board Director who has held key roles in HR and Retail Operations. During her career Joy has worked with venture capitalists, banks, public and private companies and family-owned businesses, and she is perfectly positioned to consult on a range of issues.

We can help with projects ranging from strategic change to restructuring on a short or long term basis.

Where you need to make your business more cost effective, we can work with you to devise new company structures. We can manage consultations and attend meetings proposing measures for minimising or avoiding compulsory redundancy, as well as advising on redundancy payments and notice.
